Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click "Get Started" on the homepage or navigate to /signup. Enter your email and create a password (minimum 8 characters). You'll be able to start logging bets immediately.
How do I log my first bet?
After signing in, click the "+ New Bet" button in the navigation bar. Select your sport, sportsbook, and market type, then enter your pick, odds, and stake. Hit "Save Bet" and you're done.
What's included in the free plan?
Free accounts can log up to 10 bets with basic analytics including ROI tracking, win rate, and profit/loss. Upgrade to Pro or Sharp for unlimited bets and advanced features.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Navigate to the upgrade page from within the app. Choose Pro ($29 CAD/mo) or Elite ($79 CAD/mo) and complete checkout securely through Stripe.
Tracking & Analytics
How is ROI calculated?
ROI = (Net Profit / Total Staked) × 100. For example, if you've staked $1,000 total and your net profit is $150, your ROI is +15.0%.
What does the dashboard show?
Your dashboard displays your current bankroll, net P/L, ROI, betting record, cumulative profit chart, win rate ring, daily P/L bars, and breakdowns by sport, market, and sportsbook.
How do I set my starting bankroll?
On the My Bets page, click the bankroll amount in the hero section to edit it. This value is saved locally in your browser and shared across your dashboard.
How do I settle a bet?
On the My Bets page, expand any open bet and use the settle picker to select the date/time and result (Won, Lost, or Push). You can also use the Quick Win or Quick Loss buttons.
AI Features
How does pattern detection work?
Once you have 8+ settled bets, our AI analyzes your history across multiple dimensions — sport, market, sportsbook, odds range, day of week, and more — to find statistically significant winning edges and losing leaks.
What are AI Picks?
AI Picks match your proven betting patterns against today's live games. When a game aligns with a pattern where you've historically had an edge, it surfaces as a recommendation with a confidence score.
How reliable are the confidence scores?
Confidence scores reflect how closely a game matches your historical patterns, not a guarantee of outcome. Higher scores mean stronger pattern matches. Always use your own judgment.
What are Value Bets?
Value Bets appear when your historical win rate for a pattern exceeds the implied probability of the current odds — meaning you have a positive expected value (+EV) edge.
Live Odds
Where does the odds data come from?
We source real-time odds from The Odds API, which aggregates lines from major sportsbooks including DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars, and more.
What does the green highlight mean?
Green highlighted odds indicate the best available price across all sportsbooks for that selection. Clicking on any odds will pre-fill a bet slip so you can log it quickly.
How often are odds updated?
Odds are fetched fresh each time you load or switch sports on the Live Odds page. For the most current lines, refresh the page before placing a bet.
Billing & Account
How do I cancel my subscription?
Contact us at support@truelinebets.com and we'll cancel your subscription immediately. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Is my payment information secure?
All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see, process, or store your credit card number. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of security certification.
Can I get a refund?
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you're experiencing issues, contact us at support@truelinebets.com and we'll work with you to find a resolution.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@truelinebets.com with your account email and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
