Your account and betting data are stored securely using Supabase, which provides encrypted database storage with row-level security (RLS) policies. This means your data is accessible only to your authenticated account — other users cannot access your betting records.

Bankroll settings are stored locally in your browser's localStorage and are not transmitted to our servers. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, and we never receive, process, or store your full credit card number.

While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information or individual betting data. We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We share data with third-party services that help us operate the Service, including Supabase (database/authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and Vercel (hosting). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Aggregated Data: We may use and share aggregated, anonymized data that cannot reasonably identify you for internal analytics, research, and product improvement.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property, or the rights, safety, or property of others.
