1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TrueLine ("the Service"), operated by TrueLine Bets ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

TrueLine is a sports betting analytics and tracking platform. The Service allows users to log bets, track performance metrics, compare odds across sportsbooks, detect betting patterns via AI analysis, and receive AI-generated recommendations. TrueLine is a data analytics and record-keeping tool only. We do not facilitate, process, or enable any form of gambling, wagering, or betting transactions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using TrueLine, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that any sports betting activity you track is conducted in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service and any associated betting activity complies with all applicable local, state, provincial, and federal laws.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

TrueLine offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free accounts are limited to 10 tracked bets. Paid plans ("Pro" and "Sharp") are billed monthly in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and provide access to additional features as described on our pricing page.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. No Financial or Gambling Advice

The information provided through TrueLine, including AI-generated recommendations, pattern analysis, odds comparisons, and suggested stakes, is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial advice, gambling advice, or a guarantee of outcomes. AI-generated "picks" and "value bets" are statistical analyses based on historical user data and should not be interpreted as predictions or endorsements of specific wagers.

You acknowledge that sports betting involves risk of financial loss and that past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any associated financial outcomes. TrueLine expressly disclaims liability for any losses incurred as a result of using the Service.

7. Responsible Gambling

TrueLine is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, please contact the National Council on Problem Gambling at 1-800-522-4700 (US), ConnexOntario at 1-866-531-2600 (Ontario), or your local responsible gambling support organization. We encourage all users to set personal limits and to bet only what they can afford to lose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks on the Service are owned by TrueLine Bets and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service or its content.

9. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of the betting data and notes you input into the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will not sell your individual betting data to third parties. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for internal analytics and product improvement.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its data without authorization
• Use the Service for any purpose that is illegal in your jurisdiction

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or display data from third-party services, including but not limited to odds data providers (The Odds API), payment processors (Stripe), and authentication services (Supabase). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrueLine Bets and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Odds data, AI recommendations, and analytics are provided for informational purposes and may contain errors or inaccuracies.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrueLine Bets, its operators, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Indemnification) shall survive.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Saskatchewan, Canada, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
