Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TrueLine ("the Service"), operated by TrueLine Analytics Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. TrueLine Bets and TrueLine Daily are owned and operated by TrueLine Analytics Inc. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

TrueLine is a sports betting analytics and tracking platform. The Service allows users to log bets, track performance metrics, compare odds across sportsbooks, detect betting patterns via AI analysis, and receive AI-generated recommendations. TrueLine is a data analytics and record-keeping tool only. We do not facilitate, process, or enable any form of gambling, wagering, or betting transactions.

TrueLine Daily is a daily sports prediction game in which users set projected stat lines and totals for entertainment and are scored against the closing market line and the final result. It is not a betting product, does not accept wagers, and awards no cash or monetary prizes. TrueLine Daily is available on the web and as mobile applications for iOS and Android. Core daily play is free; an optional auto-renewable subscription, "Daily Plus," unlocks additional slates, deeper archive access, and other gameplay features (see the "Daily Plus Subscriptions" and "TrueLine Daily Gameplay, Scores & Leaderboards" sections below).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using TrueLine, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that any sports betting activity you track is conducted in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service and any associated betting activity complies with all applicable local, state, provincial, and federal laws.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

TrueLine offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free accounts are limited to 10 tracked bets. Paid plans ("Pro" and "Sharp") are billed monthly in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and provide access to additional features as described on our pricing page.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. Daily Plus Subscriptions

TrueLine Daily offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, "Daily Plus." Daily Plus is currently sold through the Apple App Store on iOS and through our website (processed by Stripe); it is not currently sold inside the Android application, and where it is offered through Google Play in the future, Google Play billing terms will apply to those purchases. The following terms apply to Daily Plus subscriptions purchased on iOS:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected (monthly or annual).
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• Prices are displayed in the App Store in your local currency and may vary by region. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Daily Plus subscriptions purchased through Apple are processed by Apple and are also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. These Terms of Service serve as the end user licence agreement (EULA) for the TrueLine Daily application; see the "Mobile Applications and App Store Terms" section below. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple App Store policies. Where Daily Plus is offered through other channels (such as the web, processed by Stripe), the terms presented at the point of sale apply, and cancellations and refunds for those purchases are handled by us.

7. TrueLine Daily Gameplay, Scores & Leaderboards

TrueLine Daily presents one or more daily slates of games. For each game you set a projected line or total, and your guesses are scored after the games settle by comparing them to the closing market line and the final result. Scores, streaks, in-game boosts (such as the daily 2× token), streak repairs, and access to past slates in the archive are gameplay features only. They have no cash or monetary value, cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for anything of value, and we may change, reset, suspend, or discontinue them — including scoring formulas, leaderboard ranking rules, free-play limits, and how far back the archive reaches — at any time and without notice.

If you choose to appear on a public leaderboard, you select a handle (3–15 characters, letters, numbers, and underscores) that is displayed publicly alongside your scores, rank, and streak. Do not choose a handle that impersonates another person or organization, infringes anyone's rights, or is obscene, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. We may reclaim, rename, or remove any handle at our discretion, and we do not guarantee that a handle remains available to you.

We may void plays, adjust or remove scores and streaks, exclude an account from leaderboards, or suspend an account where we reasonably believe there has been cheating, automated play, manipulation of the game, exploitation of a bug, or the use of multiple accounts by one person. Results depend on third-party sports data and betting-market data that may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect; where such data is unavailable or wrong, a slate may be voided or rescored, and we are not liable for the effect on your score, streak, or ranking.

8. Notifications and Communications

With your permission, we may send push notifications to your device (for example, when a new daily slate is available or when your results are ready) through Apple Push Notification service on iOS or Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android. You can turn push notifications off at any time in your device settings or in the app, without losing access to the rest of the Service. We may also send you transactional email relating to your account, security, or subscription; these are not marketing messages and cannot be fully disabled while your account is active.

9. Mobile Applications and App Store Terms

TrueLine Daily is available as a mobile application distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and as part of the TrueLine website. Your use of an app store to download or purchase is also subject to that store's own terms. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the application on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Additional terms for applications obtained from the Apple App Store. These Terms are an agreement between you and TrueLine Analytics Inc. only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the application or its content. The licence granted above is limited to a non-transferable licence to use the application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing. TrueLine Analytics Inc., not Apple, is solely responsible for the application and its content, and for providing any maintenance and support services for it; Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services. In the event of any failure of the application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the application; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the application. TrueLine Analytics Inc., not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the application or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that the application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, claims arising under consumer protection or privacy legislation, and intellectual property infringement claims. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the application. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary. 10. Entertainment & Non-Gambling Disclaimer

TrueLine Bets provides sports data analytics and bet record-keeping tools, and TrueLine Daily is a free daily sports prediction game. Both products are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

TrueLine does not accept, place, process, or facilitate wagers or bets, does not hold or transfer funds for betting, and does not operate as a sportsbook, gambling operator, or bookmaker. No real-money gambling takes place on the Service, and TrueLine Daily awards no cash or monetary prizes. Any references to odds, lines, "picks," projected totals, or "value" are statistical and educational in nature and are not offers or solicitations to gamble. You are solely responsible for any betting activity you conduct with licensed third-party operators, in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

11. No Financial or Gambling Advice

The information provided through TrueLine, including AI-generated recommendations, pattern analysis, odds comparisons, and suggested stakes, is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial advice, gambling advice, or a guarantee of outcomes. AI-generated "picks" and "value bets" are statistical analyses based on historical user data and should not be interpreted as predictions or endorsements of specific wagers.

You acknowledge that sports betting involves risk of financial loss and that past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any associated financial outcomes. TrueLine expressly disclaims liability for any losses incurred as a result of using the Service.

12. Responsible Gambling

TrueLine is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, please contact the National Council on Problem Gambling at 1-800-522-4700 (US), ConnexOntario at 1-866-531-2600 (Ontario), or your local responsible gambling support organization. We encourage all users to set personal limits and to bet only what they can afford to lose.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks on the Service are owned by TrueLine Analytics Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service or its content.

14. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of the betting data, notes, handles, and other material you input into the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You acknowledge that some User Content is public by design: if you opt in to a leaderboard, your handle, scores, rank, and streak are shown to other users, and any share card or result image you generate and post is shared by you at your own discretion. We will not sell your individual betting data to third parties. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for internal analytics and product improvement.

15. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Create or use multiple accounts, automated play, or any exploit to manipulate TrueLine Daily scores, streaks, or leaderboard standings
• Submit a handle or other public content that is obscene, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its data without authorization
• Use the Service for any purpose that is illegal in your jurisdiction

16. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or display data from third-party services, including but not limited to odds and sports data providers (The Odds API, ESPN, TheSportsDB, and league data feeds), payment processors (Stripe, Apple, and Google), authentication and database services (Supabase), hosting and networking providers (Vercel, Cloudflare), push notification providers (Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging), email delivery (Resend), and AI processing (Anthropic). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services, and sports and odds data supplied by them may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrueLine Analytics Inc. and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Odds data, AI recommendations, and analytics are provided for informational purposes and may contain errors or inaccuracies.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrueLine Analytics Inc., its operators, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

20. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Indemnification) shall survive.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Saskatchewan, Canada, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
